Habit Tracker 2020

In an effort to increase accountability with my daily habits in 2020, I decided to go public with the 3 habits that I want to build. The 3 habits I would like to build in 2020 are:

  1. Meditation
  2. Journaling
  3. Yoga

I have been semi-consistent with all of these activities for the last 10 years of my life, but never as consistent as I would like them to be. The goal is to not break the chain (which only applies to the first two – I decided to simplify the yoga one since I’ve never gotten that one to be anywhere close to a daily habit). Through the 2010’s I became increasingly aware of the benefits of these habits – my hope in the 2020’s is to cement these as habits that I do not break. Wish me luck 🙂

I used the template from this article – it’s straightforward, I can embed it right here on my website and tick off each activity on my phone, which are all the features I need.
